AIM: to investigate the effect of amino acids on the formation, morphology and cytotoxicity of amyloid fibril of bovine insulin.
METHODS: The MSCs, cultivated till the 3rd passage in vitro, were induced to differentiate into adipose cells by L-DMEM adding dexamethasone, IBMX, bovine insulin, indomethacin and fetal calf serum.
