1、The selected contractor must provide the insurance coverage listed under the insurance article of part III, and furnish a waiver of subrogation in favor of IMT and owner.
2、The insurances shall name SELLER and its subcontractors as additional insured and will include a waiver of subrogation in favour of SELLER and its subcontractors.
