The arbitration fee shall, in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration, be borne by the losing party.
The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties. Unless otherwise specified in the arbitration award, the arbitration fees shall be born by the losing party.
Pay an arbitration fee in advance to the Arbitration Commission according to the Arbitration Fee Schedule of the Arbitration Commission.
The arbitration fee shall be paid in advance within prescribed time limit by the parties to the labor dispute after they have received the notification of acceptance or notification calling for response.
When filing a counterclaim, the Respondent must pay an arbitration fee in advance according to the Arbitration Fee Schedule of the Arbitration Commission.
Article 76 the parties shall pay arbitration fees in accordance with the relevant provisions.
The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the commission.
If no amount of claim is stated when applying for arbitration, the amount of arbitration fees shall be determined by the Secretariat of the Arbitra- tion Commission.
