According to the degraded image and the ideal subimage, a filter is designed by using multiple regression analysis and then applied to restore the whole image.
Then, the image grey level of every subimage is approximated by low-order polynomial according to least-square criterion.
Firstly, we coarsely detect the feature image obtained from subimage blocks, the target regions are identified according to prior knowledge.
