You have to have absolute control over any property you own. You hate guys who try to point fingers at his property.
Ignorance is to think oneself right, always above others, to point fingers at others, think others are wrong, that is also wrong.
It's probably just posturing, but a group could have an impact, as it would be able to point fingers at both China and the U. S. (for undermining the dollar).
