The index had germination rate, the weight of radicle, the weight of embryo, seedling rate, plant height, the number of seminal root, the total length of seminal root and dry weight of seedling.
The results indicated that the Al-tolerant genotypes had lower hematoxylin dye, higher relative seminal root length (RSRL) and higher relative reducing ability of TTC than Al-sensitive genotypes.
