This paper intends to present the evaluation system on the overall efficiency of the anti helicopter intelligent mine warhead.
With the analysis of all kinds of evaluation methods, the authors put forward the hierarchical TOPSIS method that is suitable for the overall efficiency evaluation of intelligent mine warheads.
