For a case to be accepted, the plaintiff is required to pay litigation fees to the Court in accordance with laws and regulations.
In cases involving property, other litigation fees shall BE paid according to regulations, in addition to the fee for acceptance of the case.
Article 74 a people's court shall charge litigation fees for handling administrative cases.
