Article 41 the general regulations and advertisements for student enrollment of privately-run schools shall be submitted to the examination and approval authority for the record.
The examination and approval authority shall decide whether to grant approval or not within 30 days of the date on which all the documents specified in the preceding paragraph are received.
In finding that the enterprise's assets fail to cover debts in the liquidation process, the enterprise shall report to the examination and approval authority without delay and notify creditors.
The amendments to the Articles of Association shall be unanimously agreed and decided by the Board of directors and submitted to the original examination and approval authority for approval.
